WELCOME TO THE KOREA EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION SERVICE

Today, our society is experiencing a transformative era defined by the rapid advancements in digital technology, led by artificial intelligence. The demand for remote services has surged, and data has emerged as a key driver of productivity, alongside traditional factors such as capital, labor, and physical resources. In this evolving landscape, the role and mission of the Korea Employment Information Service, as a leading institution in digital employment services, have become increasingly significant.

The Korea Employment Information Service is a specialized agency dedicated to analyzing employment and labor data to deliver comprehensive and reliable job-related information. We develop and manage eight key employment information systems, including Employment 24, an integrated employment services platform, as well as the Employment Insurance System, the HRD-Net vocational training system, and the WorkNet job portal. Through these efforts, we provide high-quality employment information and support the implementation of employment policies. Leveraging employment and labor data, we contribute to key policy development and operations by offering insights on employment trends, workforce supply and demand, employment services, career development, job program evaluations, and youth policy initiatives.

Our goal is to become a world-class leader in digital employment services, an authoritative institution in employment and occupational data analysis and research, and a specialized agency in employment policy monitoring and evaluation. We are also committed to being a reliable partner for local communities and supporting vulnerable populations.

Moving forward, we will categorize our key stakeholders—including job seekers, employers, vulnerable groups, career counselors, and students—to identify their needs and integrate these insights into our services. Additionally, we will regularly monitor satisfaction levels and implement continuous improvements to better serve our customers. Through these efforts, we aim to become a trusted public institution that provides reliable employment information and tailored employment services for everyone seeking opportunities. We sincerely appreciate your continued interest and support. Thank you.
